Are you working on other ERPs?
Although our experts also have experience on Oracle E-Business Suite, we focus on improving the experience of Oracle Cloud ERP users. At the moment, we do not provide services on other ERPs.
Scope
Can we use your services even if we are not live/in production yet?
Absolutely! In addition to operational reports, to be used on a daily/monthly basis once live, we can develop reports that can be especially useful during the data migration phase or to verify the setup.
What modules can you report on?
We only report on modules and objects we have extensively used: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Tax, Intercompany, Procurement, Sourcing.
We do not provide services for Oracle HCM or CX modules or for Projects.
Do you keep access to our production data?
No, and we may never have access to it, if this is your security requirement. For quality assurance purposes, we must be able to test our reports on past or mock data produced on a test environment. Yet, for production deployment, you have the ability to install yourself, following our guide, if you do not want to give us access to your production data. If you do give us access, you can revoke our user/rights immediately after the install.
What if the requirement I express is too complex?
We specialize in a focused set of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and work exclusively with certified Oracle experts. Thanks to our deep experience, we can quickly assess whether a report or requirement is technically feasible, overly complex, or likely to generate so much data that it becomes difficult for users to work with. Our goal is to help you become more efficient, not just deliver what’s asked. When needed, we’ll challenge and guide you to refine your requirements—ensuring the final solution truly supports your business goals.
How long does it take you to develop a report?
Once we have your requirements, you can expect the report within two weeks.

Where is my data stored if I use IntelOra reports?
Contrary to several of our competitors, we do not extract your data to our servers, it always remains only on your Oracle Cloud instance. The report comes to your data, and not the other way around.
Should I pay an annual fee to use the report?
No, there’s no annual fee. While we retain the intellectual property of the code (meaning you can't resell it), you’re free to use the report as long as your Oracle environment is active.
How does the pricing work?
When you share your requirements with us, we translate them into a technical plan. Pricing is primarily based on the complexity of the request—such as the number of business objects or parameters involved—and the installation method you choose. We’ll provide a detailed quote, and we’ll agree on it together before any development work begins.
